Grammar Class

In the first I came here, I decided to stay in camp that name is Zeal Girl 1. I take several program, such as pronunciation, basic grammar, speaking (confident class), and the last ground speaking. It’s new experiences for me. Actually, I wanna go home fastly, but I feel happy here and I must study hard. I get many friends, and I think I can fix my English speak here, yes, the first month my focus here is about speaking.

About my program, I interest all of that program which I take. I get two free program from my camp, there is four program that I can choose, pronunciation, basic grammar, listening, and one again about grammar (I forget the name) and I choose pronunciation and basic grammar. And then, I take two program outside of program in my camp, Ground speaking from Webster and speaking (confidence class) in Mr. Bob.

In the pronunciation class, I learn about how to pronoun of word by word English vocab, the teacher is Mr. Fikri, first time, I think this class is not important, but little by little, I’m so interest about this class, because, I never learn about pronunciation before, at senior high school or when I was studied in University. He have said, “come on repeat after me, how to get a better water heater”, or Cinta Laura naik ojek, becek, or ussualy he said jablay, or di pojok with good pronunciation and with british and American aksen. And for the information, Mr. Fikri is 19 years old (He is so young). He ever treat us, when he get his birthday.

Studi Aktivitas Antibakteri Plastik Kemasan Tergrafting 4-vinilpiridin terhadap Escherichia coli dan Salmonella typhosa

Dibawah ini adalah abstrak dari skripsiku yang berjudul Studi Aktivitas Antibakteri Plastik Kemasan Tergrafting 4-vinilpiridin terhadap Escherichia coli dan Salmonella typhosa  yang merupakan proyek DIPA Dikti bersama Prof.Dr.Irwan Ginting Suka,M.Sc. (Alm) tahun 2011. Cekidot..

Telah dilakukan studi aktivitas antibakteri plastik polipropilen, plastik komersial yang umum digunakan untuk kemasan minuman, tergrafting 4-vinilpiridin terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli (E.coli) dan Salmonella typhosa (S.typhosa) dalam media air baku, susu hewani, dan susu nabati kemasan. Plastik polipropilen tersebut digrafting dengan 4-vinilpiridin kemudian dikuaternasi dengan bromobutana dan dikarakterisasi dengan FT-IR untuk evaluasi fungsional gugus piridin yang tergrafting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa plastik polipropilen tergrafting 4-vinilpiridin memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap E.coli dan S.typhosa. Sifat antibakteri semakin meningkat dengan perlakuan kuaternasi yang dilakukan.
